women's conference

 this saturday we had the opportunity to go to salt lake city to watch the general women's conference. we had tickets to go inside, but there was literally thousands and thousands of women, so they didn't let us in. it was really okay because we were able to watch it in the tabernacle, and we were still able to feel the incredible spirit and camaraderie of the incredible women of the church.

 

fishy facts

this is our fish, lil' wayne. sometimes i think that he is really lil' kim and is having fish babies, but then i have to remind myself that there's no possible way for her/him to have fish babies if they are the only fish in the bowl. 

some fun facts:

>>>sometimes lil' wayne and i like to make fishy faces at each other

>>>he's a reeeeeally good listener

>>>he LOVES candles. if you light a couple candles and put them around him, he will swim back and forth, just staring at them

>>>he loves pooping, and more than he loves pooping, he loves swimming in his poop. yep, definitely a boy.

>>>lil' wayne used to be constipated and sad,  so we starved (lindsay said he was fasting) him for a couple of days (well, lindsay starved him, i would sneak him a food or two because i felt bad), i am happy to say that lil' wayne can poop again and is as happy as a beta fish could be!

what a zoo

last friday was the most perfect fall day in all the world. octobers, man. they got something right. caitie, shae, and i had no school/work, so we decided to go to the zoo. it's really a magical place. little kids having the times of their lives (and yes, there might have been the cutest little girl who couldn't see, so i lifted her up. i don't know who her mother is, but my friends all thought i was crazy for picking up a stranger's child), and animals everywhere! also, it's a great photo-op, of course!

after the zoo, i defaced a wall and ate some pizza. overall a good time and fun was had by all. 

this is my favorite day

this day is my favorite day. also the mountains air is my favorite. i'm just going to live in mountains forever. and tennessee. i'll live in both of them at the same time.
