FAMILIES AND SPILLED DRANK

hello people!

well i have maybe never been more tired, but i am Learning that is the life now, and also that this french keyboard for some reason likes to automatically capitalize some weird words like Learning.

this week passed by so fast. we were able to see so many people which was awesome! we have amazing ward members and investigators. i am blessed to be in an area so full of miracles.

highlights of this week:

thursday us and the zone leaders went to my old district meeting so i got to see sister dampt! and my trainer, sister clark is now in that district as well! it was so fun to see everyone. we had a potluck and i managed to Spill all of the drink over me, my companion and our food as i was pouring it into cups for everyone. and it was actually really funny but we were pretty sticky afterwards....

it`s been so so so hot and humid but it finally cooled the poop down! hallelujah!

saturday was my first exchange and i loved it! it was so fun to get to know another sister. and it was a really good thing we got along because we were lost for 50% of the day (shout out to being brand new in the area and the fact that i can`t read maps). let`s just say we got to know each other very well. and we had a miracle lesson with a lady we hadn`t seen in months. we stopped by and she just happened to be there!

also a miracle this week is we found 3 families! we have had a goal to find families and we found 3 pretty solid ones! we have high hopes for them.

this week in studies i`ve really been thinking a lot about charity. there is an article one lds.org that talks about how we are a society of always saying, "i`ll pray for you" or posting pray for this, pray for that, but do we really pray? do we really love when we say we love somone and pray when we say we will pray for something? that is what this world needs today. we need action behind our words and if every one of us does what we say we will do, it will change our lives, our families and friends, and eventually the world. i love that!

i love you all!

love,

sœur paine
